Instructions:
1. You need a drilling machine with adjustable drilling speed.
2. Set the drilling machine to 300-400 rotations.
3. Fix the agitator blade, fill the glass with 1-4 liters of milk (12-max 14 °C) and put it on a wet sponge cloth.
4. Put the drilling machine with the agitator in the glass into the holder.
5. After 7-10 mins the butter is ready.
6. Sieve the buttermilk, wash out the butter and knead.
